anooruan.com Predictor Community Guidelines

1. Acceptance

This agreement is between you and the operator of anooruan.com. It covers anooruan.com and all of its apps, including the Predictor prediction game. By creating an account — including ticking the agreement box at signup — or by continuing to use the apps, you accept this agreement and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

2. The service

anooruan.com provides free web apps for personal use. Predictor is a free game of skill played for entertainment: predicting football scores earns points and a place on a leaderboard. It is not gambling — there is no entry fee, no wagering, and no prizes unless a specific event separately and explicitly announces them. Everything is provided as-is and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.
• We may require email verification before an account becomes active.

4. Your content

Usernames, display names, avatars, and pool names you create are visible to other users, and you grant us the right to display them within the apps. They must comply with the Community Guidelines. We may require you to change a violating username: you will be told the reason and given a 48-hour deadline, after which access is limited until the name is changed.

5. Acceptable use

• No harassment or abuse of other users or of the service.
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or overload the apps.
• No scraping or automated use of the APIs beyond normal app usage.
• No impersonation of other people, staff, or official bodies.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may warn you, require a username change with a deadline, suspend or lock your account with a stated reason (for example: abuse of the apps, or violating the Community Guidelines), or delete an account. The Community Guidelines describe the enforcement ladder.

7. Privacy

We store what the apps need to work: your account details (username, email, display name, optional avatar and phone), your predictions and pool memberships, and your preferences. We do not sell your data. Emails are sent only for account matters (verification, password resets, moderation notices) and for notifications you can control in your settings.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Match data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect; standings and points may be recalculated when data is corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the apps.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated agreement.
